The workshop titled “Human Rights”, facilitated by Dr. Issam Abdeen, aimed to enhance youth awareness of key UN charters, human rights, and the vital roles that youth and women play in shaping leadership capable of driving social and political change. Focusing on the frameworks of Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) and Women, Peace, and Security (WPS), the workshop emphasized the transformative power of these groups in fostering a more just and inclusive future. Additionally, it provided an in-depth understanding of the Palestinian Basic Law (قانون الأساس الفلسطيني), highlighting its significance in the governance and legal framework of Palestine.
