The reconstruction and recovery of Gaza have been the focus of multiple plans proposed by local, regional, and international actors. These plans address Gaza’s economic revitalisation, infrastructure rebuilding, governance restructuring, and social rehabilitation. This bulletin compiles and summarises key reconstruction proposals in chronological order, beginning with the most recent, to provide a structured overview of efforts aimed at stabilising and rebuilding Gaza. Each plan is examined descriptively, followed by a critical analysis highlighting gaps, including limitations in political feasibility, economic sustainability, and governance structures. The aim of this document is to serve as a consolidated educational resource for policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders invested in Gaza’s future.
