In 2023, in collaboration with Sustainable Change for Development (SCD), the RO’A Center for Political and Strategic Studies launched a transformative series of workshops under the Mersat initiative. Phase 1, focused on Conflict Analysis, brought together participants from all over the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, dedicated to creating meaningful change in their communities.
This phase empowered participants to critically and strategically address challenges in their areas, promoting sustainable solutions and fostering collaboration. Equipped with these new skills, participants are now better prepared to drive impactful and lasting change.
Phase 1 established a solid foundation for long-term growth and cooperation, ensuring that projects born from this initiative are both impactful and sustainable.
