On 25th, 26th, and 27th of September 2025, RO’A Center for Political and Strategic Studies successfully held the first training workshop under the Mersat Youth Enagement Project. The workshop took place in Jericho and brought together 20 young men and women from across the West Bank and Jerusalem governorates.
This three-day workshop, titled “Advanced Leadership Training” led by Mr. Yousef Abdalqader, aimed to quip participants with leadership, communication and teamwork skills inspired by The Social Change Model (SCM) of Leadership.
Notably, this workshop builds on the achievements of the first and second phases of the Mersat project. The initiative continues to serve as a vital platform for youth empowerment and their effective involvement in societal development!
