Hosted by the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) in Sweden, in co-facilitation with colleagues from the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), RO’A Center for Political and Strategic Studies held its first-ever strategy retreat. The retreat brought together board and staff members, key stakeholders, and partners to collaboratively shape RO’A’s strategic direction.
The primary focus of the retreat was to refine RO’A’s vision, mission, and both short-term and long-term goals. This inclusive process aimed to ensure that RO’A’s strategy is well-rounded, community-oriented, and aligned with its commitment to fostering impactful change in the Palestinian society.
By adopting a pluralistic approach, RO’A aims to enhance its engagement projects and research initiatives, fostering meaningful change and promoting inclusivity across its work to help in achieving a cohesive and politically engaged Palestinian society.
