RO’A Center for Political and Strategic Studies sent six young leaders to participate in a specialised training programme hosted by the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
The comprehensive training covered key topics, including strategic communication, leadership, mediation, and the facilitation of difficult discussions. By equipping these emerging leaders with essential knowledge and practical skills, the programme aimed to strengthen their capacity to lead positive change and address complex challenges effectively.
This training was part of RO’A’s capacity-building efforts to empower young leaders and enhance their role in promoting dialogue and sustainable development.
