RO’A Center for Political and Strategic Studies is pleased to announce the successful completion of the pilot “Why It Worked” workshop, led by a senior fellow from the Collaboratory Unit at Harvard Kennedy School.
This interactive two-day workshop brought together civil society members, academics, practitioners, and negotiation advisors to explore practical frameworks and tools for understanding and transforming complex conflicts. Drawing on comparative research into peace processes that transitioned from prolonged conflict toward sustainable peace, participants engaged in discussions, group work, and applied exercises.
The workshop also introduced the Propeller Framework, a dynamic model for analyzing conflict systems and identifying opportunities for change in both global and local contexts.
This workshop is one of several that RO’A will design and introduce, reflecting the Center’s ongoing commitment to advancing peacebuilding, dialogue, and strategic learning through global partnerships and applied knowledge exchange.
