RO'A Center for Political and Strategic Studies hosted the pilot 'Why It Worked' workshop, led by a senior fellow from the Collaboratory Unit at Harvard Kennedy School. The interactive two-day workshop, attended by civil society members, academics, practitioners, and negotiation advisors, explored practical frameworks for understanding and transforming complex conflicts. The workshop introduced the Propeller Framework, a dynamic model for analyzing systems of conflict and identifying opportunities for change.
